1. I would like to improve my leadership skills by learning from other leaders and also learn other people’s cultures.

2. One thing which I would like to improve is improve students wellbeing. I will do this by giving students the voice on issues which affect there studies and wellbeing. Continues checks on students wellbeing through surveys every month. Making sure the findings are also shared with students.

3. Why don’t malmo University have a graduation ceremony to cerebrate the receive of certificates? Being an international student graduation is a big things for a student and family to celebrate the success of every student.
